Moving Preparation/Mobile Home Transporting
Services related to preparing a mobile home for relocation or the actual transportation of the home.
Re-leveling and Pier Block Installation
Adjusting the level of a mobile home or installing/replacing pier blocks.
Utility Connections/Relocations
Connecting or relocating electrical, plumbing, gas, or other utility lines.
Demolition and Removals
Tearing down or removing existing structures.
Site Work
Ground preparation, grading, or other earthwork services.
Site Plans
Creation or approval of site plans for mobile home placement.
FHA/VA Retrofitting
Modifications to meet Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) loan requirements.
Welding and Custom Fabrication
Any welding services or custom metal fabrication.
Foundation Work on FBB Units, Crane Sets, Crawlers, Translift
Specialized foundation work for specific types of factory-built units, or work involving heavy lifting equipment like cranes, crawlers, or translifts.
Concrete Flat Work
Installation of concrete patios, sidewalks, driveways, or other flat concrete surfaces.
